Talib Kweli's nye album 'Eardrum' skulle egentlig droppe i disse dager,
men nå som han er på egen label (Blacksmith) har han funnet ut at det kanskje var en god ide å vente til Januar.
"I'm an exec now, and I made an executive desicion to not come out the same day as Nas and the Game
and a couple of weeks before Jay-Z. Fourth quarter is crazy for hip hop this year.
So in January, God willing, when you go to the store to return whatever wack albums you got for Christmas,
you can pick up my album instead, how's that?"
På myspace-bloggen hans forteller han videre at han heller dropper en mixtape,Blacksmith the Movement the Mixtape,
OG et helt album med Madlib (!!!), Liberation,
som han skal dele ut gratis på nettet !
Begge disse skulle gis ut 6. Nov... (ikke sett noe til de enda)
